What You Can Do

The Campaign to Invest in America’s Workforce has developed the following resources to help you communicate with your elected officials, be heard in the press and spread the message through social media and storytelling. Join our call for greater and more effective federal investments in our nation’s workforce.

Take Action

Whether you have a few minutes or a few hours, you can stand up for investments in America’s workers and industries. Find out the many ways you can make your voice heard and take action today. Learn more.

Get the Word Out

There are 13 million unemployed Americans and three million job openings waiting to be filled—now is not the time to reduce investments in vital federal employment and job training programs that help workers obtain the skills they need to meet industry demands and get back to work. Help us get the word out. Learn more about how you can effectively communicate this message to policymakers, the press, and the general public.

Share Your Story

Help policymakers understand the relevancy of public and private investments in human capital development by sharing your story. Workforce Investment Works, launched by CIAW member National Association of Workforce Boards, profiles examples of success and innovation in workforce development to help the public better understand the value of workforce-funded programs and services.
